The compassionate approach to self mastery
What we do
In the now mindfulness is a platform of full embodied healing, through the holistic methods of Mindfulness based cognitive therapy, positive psychology & Somatic Yoga.
Our mission is to offer support that is affordable and accessible to everyone.

Our ethos is to help people not only survive, but to thrive
The integrative approach
We believe in a full embodied approach to healing, balancing mind, body & soul
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
Mindfulness is the cornerstone to most forms of therapy
It is the awareness of paying attention to the present moment, non judgementally
It is a simple concept, but building a consistent practice is not always easy!
Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy has been proven through neuroscience research to increase our quality of life.
Just 6 weeks of practicing mindfulness show lasting and long term benefits.
Somatic Healing
A key element in the healing process that gets neglected in most forms of talk therapy is the body. We subconciously store unwanted emotions, memories & trauma within the body, which is why I have created a full integrative approach in my programme. Using ancient eastern Yogic technology, powerful energy work & breath practices , we will move to shift and release the emotional tension stored within the cells
Bringing mind, body & soul into harmony
Positive Psychology
Positive Psychology is the sister science to mindfulness
Using techniques like gratitude and affirmations, we can capitalise on the things that make life worth living
Improving psychological wellbeing, self esteem, sleep, relationships and so much more!
Meet your Facilitator
Rachel Bhandal
I'm Rachel, a holistic energy healer from Ireland. I have been travelling the world facilitating spaces of healing and transcendence through Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Somatic Yoga.
My passion is to help anyone struggling with their mental health or suffering from unresolved trauma. For almost a decade I battled with my mental health. At the cusp of my healing journey I found mindfulness, and with it - a new lease of life.

Since then, I have been on a journey of self discovery, studying the integrative practices that helped me and allowing me to step into my purpose as an agent of change. My passion is to create spaces of safety for people to heal and show everyone that there is always hope to be found and to know that you are never alone.
I am a qualified practitioner of mindfulness based cognitive therapy & positive psychology with the Irish Mindfulness Academy. I completed my training in breathwork & somatic yoga in Rishikesh, India.
